Do we have a tagline; do we need one; and if so, does it reflect our services?  Yes No

Does our website effectively relay who we are and does it inspire a visitor to call us?  Yes No

Is all of our contact information up to date and correct?  Yes No

Do each of our marketing materials present a consistent visual image (e.g., everyone's business cards, company letterhead, your web site and your signage are the same?)  Yes No

If a customer visited your store or office today would they be greeted with the image you would like them to have? (Consider your signage, office/store cleanliness, the employees, etc.)  Yes No

Does your brand position your company for success?  Yes No

If you answered “Yes” to all of these questions, you are doing a great job of branding your business and have the tools in place for great success.
